 Wing Chun Kung Fu Force Generation (AWESOME!) I found this video on http://www.wingchun.com.a u/ It has some really awesome demonstrations. The full video is available there, but I borrowed a few parts and slowed them down. There are some excellent clips of what Wing Chun is capable of in the right hands. There's a kicking demonstration, followed by Sifu Jim Fung's chum-kiu and one inch punch(!) and Sigung Chu Shong Tin's demonstration of Wing Chun stance by standing on one leg on top of a mahjong piece. I personally found the 'Whoa!' at the end of the one inch punch video to be quite funny. All in all some great demonstrations. I'll have to see if I can find more videos from this school.
