 2009-11-05 Paul de Guzman outside Abruzzo Caffe on Commercial Drive, Vancouver, Canada Observations of a Relational Aesthete is an artistic project by Paul de Guzman. It is a collection of 5 minute videos made whenever possible between 2 and 3 in the afternoon to coincide with my established urban pattern of having coffee or tea at a cafe or coffee shop at around that time. My goal is to possibly break away from this established urban pattern, but the joy of observation is too tantalizing and addictive. Perhaps you can help break my urban pattern by interrupting this established activity in some way. You can decide.
