"Cut it out." "Stop already." Something like stop messing around already. You'll notice that most of theses tsukkomi/boke manzai (comedy) ends with that. At 5:28, the actual literal translation of the pun is actually vague that's why I made a different approach and connected the word that puns with kakatte (which I translated as "will own you.") in something that would make more sense. hakatte (measure, consult, plot, etc.) vs. kakatte (take, suffer from, etc.) "you will own vs. will own you" Chen was too nervous (probably from acting at the manzai or because of RanXSuika) that she mangled her own words.
